City of Jackson
West Bank Interceptor Sewer Rehabilitation, SRF C280886-01, $2.5 million, 3,000 LF CIPP of 66" interceptor sewer.
Water System Study
City of Ocean Springs, Mississippi
Prepared a detailed study of the City's water system including hydraulic modeling, review of usage and billing records, recommended short and long term improvements, and financing recommendations to implement the needed improvements. City is prepared to proceed with Phase I improvements, pending financing.

Farish Street Historic District
Infrastructure Improvements
City of Jackson, Mississippi, Project No. 50309901
Farish Street is a bricked roadway with wide sidewalks designed to enhance one of the historical downtown districts of Jackson, MS. It is in development to become a thriving entertainment district like Beale Street in Memphis. Farish Street was a 1,800 LF street reconstruction with drainage, signals, lighting, paving, sidewalks, and site amenities. It included 3,000 LF of 20" water main, 3,000 LF of 8" water main, fire hydrants and services. SCI continues to work with developers who are relocating to Farish Street.

Liberty Park Recreational Facility
City of Madison, Mississippi
Value engineering, redesign, construction phase services and project management services for a recreational complex, including 5 baseball fields, 2 soccer fields, concession building, parking, lighting and related items. Total construction cost was $1.6 Million, a one-half million dollar savings from bids received prior to retaining SCI.
Project Management Services
City of Jackson, Mississippi
Providing complete project management services, including land acquisition and construction phase services for drainage improvement projects totaling $11,575,000. This is in association with CiViLTech, Inc., a minority business enterprise.
Collis Hills Sewer System
Town of Terry, Mississippi
A $600,000 sewer project to serve a low income area adjacent to the Town of Terry. Funding was through Mississippi Community Development Block Grant Program. The project included collection and service lines, pump stations and force main to the existing Terry lagoon.
Overstreet Avenue Improvements
City of Jackson, Mississippi
Project #454
Design and construction phase services for a $1.5 Million reconstruction project of a two (2) lane collector street in west central Jackson. Services included roadway and drainage system design, right-of-way plats, inspection and project management services.
Bogue Chitto Water Association
Lincoln County , Mississippi
Water system extensions and improvements to upgrade the water system. This $1.6 million project is funded by Rural Development.
Westside II Sewer System
City of Jackson, Mississippi
A $2,000,000 sewer system project to provide services to approximately 400 customers in an unsewered area of southwest Jackson. The project included approximately 8 miles of collector sewers, four (4) pump stations, and related items.
Bruce Campbell Field
City of Madison, Mississippi
Runway rehabilitation project utilizing Federal Aviation Administration grant funds. Services included design and construction phase services in compliance with FAA guidelines.

Part of team that provided program management services for $64,000,000 Water System Improve- ment Program. Services included Master Plan, Preliminary Design Memorandums, Construction Phase oversight, water rate analysis, financial feasibility for Standard and Poor's and Moody bond rating.

Preparation of Site Plan including grading, drain-age, access road, and parking for 35,000 S.F. office development for S.I.D. Corporation, located in Ridgeland, MS.
Site Plan for Reckitt and Benckiser Building

Preparation of Site Plan including survey, grading, drainage, access road, parking and loading dock for industrial building located in Brandon, MS.

Water System Study, Southwest Jackson Well System
City of Jackson, Mississippi
Complete study of the well system in the southwest area of the of Jackson. Study included hydraulic modeling and identification of needed improvements totaling approximately $7,500,000. Recommended improvements are now being constructed.
Lakeland Drive Restoration

A $1.5 Million federal aid urban restoration project of a four (4) lane divided major arterial street in north Jackson. Services included design and construction phase services, all in compliance with Federal Highway Administration and Mississippi Department of Transportation criteria.

Design and construction phase services for a $4.5 Million five (5) lane curb and gutter widening project in northeast Jackson, including roadway design, drainage, right-of-way plats, inspection and project management services.
C S & I Water Association, Inc.
Claiborne County, Mississippi
Water System extensions and improvements to upgrade the water system serving the C S & I Water community. This $700,000 project is funded by a loan and grant from the Rural Development Agency (FmHA).

Represented the City of Jackson before Standard & Poor's and Moody's in New York for bond rating approval.
Southwest Jackson Water System Improvements

A 16" water main upgrade in the southwest Jackson well system to upgrade service in the unin-corporated area of Hinds County.
A 1,000 GPM water well to provide additional supply to the existing well system.
A new 1.6 MG ground storage tank to provide much needed additional storage in the well system.
